With the help of a measuring tape, measure your chest circumference.
- Encircle the chest band around the lower thoracic area.
- Make sure that the forearm cuff is in the center of the body on the front side.
- Tie the bicep cuffs above the elbow to a comfortable compression.
- Tie the wrist cuff at the wrist of the affected arm.
- Place the shoulder cup on the injured shoulder with an elastic part toward the neck side.
- Encircle the chest with the strap of the cup and secure the hook & loop at the back and front side alternatively to ensure controlled immobilization to the shoulder.
