• Open the Patellar Support strap and place the padded portion of the strap under the kneecap (patella), with a textured finish against the skin.
• Make sure the buckle is on the outside (lateral) side of the knee.
• Pull straps to ensure even pressure and correct placement
• Adjust to the desired comfort level without inhibiting circulation.
