First, take off your shoes and put on a 3D-Knee cap/ support/ sleeve, slip it on over your foot, and slide it up over your leg, Centered your knee in the 3D-Knee cap/ support/ sleeve. 3D-Knee cap/ support/ sleeve should fit snugly.
