- Pick the right size of the product using the size chart.
- Slide the arch support in the shoe without peeling.
- Match it with the arch of the foot and mark this position on the shoe sole.
- Affix the Arch Support by super glue on the marked position.
- Put the feet inside the shoe and ensure that the Arch Support is accurately placed.
- Wash with a mild soap and water
- Dry immediately and dust with Corn Starch if necessary
- Do not machine wash.
- Air dry
