Correct Hi-Arch Insole provides cushioning and support to the heel and the ankle. Moreover, it reduces pain caused due to heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia , flat foot, and foot tendonitis.

• Firstly, remove the existing insole from the shoes.
• Align this insole with the new Correct Hi-Arch Insole.
• Trace the original insole at the point where your new Correct Hi-Arch Insole overlaps.
• Cut the new Correct Hi-Arch Insole using the trace marks.

• Wash with a mild soap and water
• Dry immediately and dust with Corn Starch if necessary
• Do not machine wash.
• Air dry
