Correct Sport Insole provides cushioning and support to the heel and the ankle. Moreover, it reduces pain caused due to heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia , flat foot, and foot tendonitis.

1. Firstly, remove the existing insole from the shoes.
2. Align this insole with the new Correct Sport Insole.
3. Trace the original insole at the point where your new Correct Sport Insole overlaps.
4. Cut the new Correct Sport Insole using the trace marks.

• Wash with a mild soap and water
• Dry immediately and dust with Corn Starch if necessary
• Do not machine wash.
• Air dry
