- Place your fingers in the finger holes of the product.
- Then open your palm while keeping your fingers straight.
- Hold this position for 10 seconds.
- Then relax your palm for 5 seconds.
- Repetition: x 10. Hold: 10 seconds.
- Wash with a mild soap and water
- Dry immediately and dust with Corn Starch if necessary
- Do not machine wash
