Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
You received a defective item.
An incorrect item was dispatched compared to what you ordered.
The item was lost or damaged during transit.
The item has expired upon delivery (if applicable).

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to appear in your account, as per banking policies.
E-wallet refunds: Typically credited within 24 hours.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by delays, refund processing times are determined by the payment service provided.

Most products on miserve.in are covered by a 7-day return policy. If an item is unsuitable, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify our customer care team of your intent to return the item.

How to Return an Item
Get a Returns Authorisation Number (R.A.N.):

Return the item: Ensure it’s in re-sellable condition. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Important:
Items without an R.A.N. may face processing delays.
Postage/courier costs for returning items are non-refundable.
When sending an item back to us, it is your responsibility until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you send the item back to us using a tracked service with adequate insurance or cover for loss and/or damage to the product. Please use adequate packaging to protect the product. You are responsible for the product until it arrives back with us.
7-Day Returns Period
Includes all days (Monday to Sunday).
Begins the day you receive your item.
Inform us within this period to cancel, exchange, or return. Requests outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care in selecting and packaging products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Our Resolution
Replacement: We’ll replace the item at no extra charge within 7 days.
Refund: We’ll provide a full refund once we receive and process the return.
Note: Items damaged through misuse or user error are not eligible for refund, repair, or exchange.

Once we process the return, we’ll issue your refund or dispatch the replacement.
Excluded Items
Certain items, such as gel or elastomer products, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. This list is not exhaustive.

Items Not Purchased from Miserve.in
If an item is returned to us that was not purchased from miserve.in, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Administration Fee: A 100 INR fee will be charged for processing the incorrectly returned item.
Postage Fee: The cost of returning the item to the sender will also be charged.
We will contact the sender (if details are provided) to inform them of the return issue.
Refund Processing Time
Once we’ve verified your return, the refund will be processed as follows:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund will be credited back to your card or bank account within 15-20 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note, that financial institutions may take longer to process the refund.
NEFT/RTGS Payments: The refund will be credited to your bank account within 15-20 days of receiving the returned goods.
